Must Have:
Experience in being responsible for assisting staff with all technical problems with desktops. Must be able to resolve all problems in a quick and efficient manner in order to minimize down time for staff. Must have professional and technical skills for this position. Help Desk or end user support experience

Technical Skills:
At least 2 years with the following: MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician), MCSE preferred, Deep Windows NT skills (Workstation and Server), MS Office skills, intermediate to advanced network skills, strong troubleshooting skills, experience resolving technical issues remotely, proven ability to provide effective, empathic telephone support to users, leading to a high degree of end user satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable skills:
Scripting, Citrix, Database (DB2, SQL) support skills. XP skills will become more useful as client upgrades proceed. We are interviewing candidates for positions that we expect to be available in the next 3 months
