We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience working as Business Analysts in a public sector environment. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and high-level technical specifications Demonstrated experience developing and documenting data and/or process models for complex business units Demonstrated experience facilitating JAD sessions Demonstrated experience providing BA services within a formal project cycle Education, training and certifications relevant to field Experience performing feasibility studies Experience working within formal Project Management processes Experience developing use cases Experience authoring wide range of complex BA documents Resident of Victoria or Vancouver is required
