We offer a variety of employment or contracting approaches to fit most peoples needs:
Standard Contract
- Consultants must be incorporated or be represented by an incorporated company
- Invoices paid monthly
Full-Time Employee
- Salaried position or hourly rate
- Full benefits package
- Paid vacation
Term Employee
- Paid hourly contracted rate (contract rate less 12% for EI, CPP, and employer costs)
- Work term expires at the end of the contract term
- Easily extendable in the event of contract extension
